A successful candidate will build new business by developing relationships, solving problems with state-of-the-art product technology, and then following up with outstanding, value-added customer service. As a Regional Account Representative, you must be self-directed and be able to balance prospecting and new business development with maintaining existing customer relationships. We are seeking a high performer with a background in industrial selling. Our product markets include paper packaging and converting, automotive, marine, furniture, medical, and food-grade adhesives, along with other leading industries. • Have hands-on ability to do product demonstrations at client’s site and assist with product trials along with technical service team.
• Strong follow-up and relationship building skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in sciences or business) with at least 5 years of related industrial sales experience and demonstrated track record of territory growth.
• Must own a car for business travel.

RS INDUSTRIAL is seeking to add a new MACHINE OPERATOR for our Tape Converting Lines.

The Role:

This is a unique and exciting chance to be mentored directly by our Industrial Production Manager, and you will learn many valuable skills that will benefit you in your career, including machine operating, maintenance, fabrication, packaging, and equipment engineering. You'll work with a diverse product mix and in new product development for a fun and challenging opportunity. Training will be provided.

This position is FULL-TIME. Schedule is 6am-3pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends). Paid Vacation and Holidays. Health insurance and 401(k) with match available. Experience will be considered when determining pay.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and running production equipment
• Material handling of raw materials and finished goods
• Packaging of finished goods
• Product Identification and labeling
• General housekeeping

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience

• Accurate entry of customer orders and data 
• Monitoring the customer order process, from placement to shipment to delivery 
• Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers, both over the phone and email 
• Working closely with Sales Team 
• Accounts Payable 
• Accounts Receivable 
• Maintaining Accounting reports 
• Assisting with month-end closing process 
• Overseeing returns and claims 

 Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
